Grand Opening of Cross-Over Studios & Album Launch: A Night of Music, Culture, and Creativity in Uyo

The city of Uyo witnessed a dazzling celebration of music and creativity as U-B Hollywood Entertainment hosted the grand opening of Cross-Over Studios alongside an unforgettable album launch at Watbridge Hotels & Suites, 11 IBB Avenue, Uyo.

The event drew artists, music lovers, entertainment stakeholders, and young talents eager to be part of a new chapter in Akwa Ibom’s thriving entertainment industry. Guests were treated to live performances, red-carpet moments, and a first-hand experience of the state-of-the-art facilities now available at Cross-Over Studios.

Speaking at the launch, the management of U-B Hollywood Entertainment expressed excitement about creating a platform that not only raises the standard of music production in the state but also serves as a hub for discovering and nurturing raw talent.

“This studio is more than just a building; it is a vision to give our youths opportunities to showcase their creativity, refine their talents, and reach global standards,” the organizers noted.

As part of the rollout, auditions were scheduled for December 22, 2023, at Discovery Park, Udoumana, Uyo, giving aspiring artists a chance to showcase their skills. This was followed by casting sessions on December 23, 2023, at the newly inaugurated Cross-Over Studios, 50 Old Etinan Road, Ekom Iman, Uyo, signaling the start of fresh projects, collaborations, and productions.

With the combination of a modern studio, new album release, and opportunities for young entertainers, the launch of Cross-Over Studios has set the tone for a vibrant entertainment year ahead in Akwa Ibom State.
